Meet the Mind behind the Realm - Harmeet Singh

Mr. Harmeet Singh, Director of Coolways Group, is the visionary behind Talosian Realm — a concept born from his passion to merge art, technology, and intelligent living. An MBA by qualification, he has been shaping the construction and building systems industry for over 21 years, consistently setting benchmarks for quality and innovation.

In 2006, he became one of the first professionals in India to design and install a Toshiba VRF air conditioning system, marking a milestone in advanced HVAC integration. Over the years, he mastered the art and science of delivering HVAC projects with precision and a 100% success record — earning deep trust among architects, consultants, and clients alike.

His foray into home automation in 2013 as a certified Control4 dealer was a natural progression — a step towards creating holistic, future-ready spaces. His vision was simple yet powerful: to offer a one-stop solution that would simplify architects’ workflows and give homeowners peace of mind through unified post-sale support.

His first experience center became a living laboratory — a place to experiment, innovate, and push boundaries. Known affectionately as an “Engineer by Experience,” Harmeet developed integration solutions that competitors couldn’t even imagine, connecting diverse protocols and systems into a single, intuitive experience.

When he began crafting the Talosian Realm Experience Center (2024), the question was never what to create, but why. That purpose — the pursuit of a realm where design meets intelligence and spaces come alive — became the foundation of this brand.

Today, he continues to guide clients, architects, and partners towards smarter, more beautiful living — always ready with insights, ideas, and, of course, a cup of coffee.
